IDN domains
Characters of national alphabets may not be used in domain names. Domain names may contain only Latin characters, numbers and hyphens ('-').

Domain renewal
IM domain should be renewed prior to expiration of its registration term specified in your account. If IM domain was not renewed within the specified term, it is deactivated and further deleted.
ATTENTION! Deadline extended domain in the zone of IM listed in your account and comes on 3 days earlier than the date of its registration. For example, if the domain was registered on May 14, then your account will show the date of completion of registration of the domain on May 11 and need to renew it every subsequent year no later than May 11. This situation is connected with the peculiarities of the blast zone of IM.

Usually, IM domains are renewed in several minutes upon payment.
Maximal renewal term for this domain zone is 1 business day.

ATTENTION! Activation of IM domain after expiration of its registration term is impossible, so please closely monitor the term of your domain in order to avoid its loss.

Domain owner change
For change of ownership of a domain, please contact the support service.

DNS server change
If you entered the correct DNS server in terms of administration of the domain zone IM, changing DNS servers will be made within 30 minutes after application.
Maximal term change of DNS servers for this domain zone is 1 business day.

DNS server requirements
Must be at least two DNS servers.
